Kim Kardashian has finally stepped out with North West
since giving birth to the baby girl in June. With Kanye
West ** in tow, the reality star surfaced at a medical
facility in Los Angeles on Wednesday, Aug. 14.
Kardashian, 32, and West, 36, along with the 2-month-old's
nanny, were photographed walking into the doctor's
office for a check-up. The rapper carried a big bag while
North's face was concealed with a blanket covering her
car seat.
The reality star hasn't been spotted in public since giving
birth, and even declined to attend little sister Kylie
Jenner's 16th birthday on Saturday, Aug. 11. Sources reveal
in the new issue of Us Weekly that Kardashian refuses to
leave the house, even though she has already lost 30
pounds.
"Now that a decent amount of time has elapsed since
Kim's been seen, she feels more pressure," a source tells
Us. "She's extremely self-conscious about her current
body," a pal adds.
During the doctor visit Wednesday, Kardashian dressed
down in sweatpants and West's denim button-up. She
tied another shirt to cover her waist. "The weight isn't
coming off as quickly. She plateaued. This is the hard part
now," a source says.
