Teen pop sensation Justin Bieber broke the Make-A-Wish Foundation record by reaching his 200th wish.

Rafanan, a devoted 8-year old fan was thé recipient of Justin Bieber's wish grant. This
week Brown-Rafanan had a once in a
lifetime opportunity to meet her
favorite celebrity crush and watch him
perform live.
The adorable young girl, suffering from
a serious liver condition, had quite the
surprise when she heard her wish was
going to be granted.
After asking Bieber a ton of questions,
she asked for his hand in marriage. Can
you say sweetheart?
So, in true Bieb fashion, using a Ring
pop, the celeb got down on one knee,
and popped the big question.
“Justin has a big heart. Even with his
extremely busy schedule, he [still
makes] time to meet [the kids],” Make-
A-Wish spokesman Josh deBorge said.
